What You Need to Know

We know how important it is to get the perfect shade. If your color turned out lighter or darker than expected, don’t worry—you may not need a new box right away. The final result can vary depending on how long the color is left in during application.

Try This First

• For a darker result: If you left the color on for around 15 minutes, try extending the time to 25–40 minutes.

• Maximum processing time: Do not exceed 40 minutes.

• Check your guide: The instruction manual includes examples of how different application times affect the final shade.
